White Glass Splashbacks

White Glass Splashbacks

(3 products)

White glass splashbacks give a kitchen a clean, bright finish and make a small space feel bigger. Each panel is toughened safety glass with the colour painted onto the back, so the face stays smooth, glossy and easy to wipe down. Choose from a pure white, a soft limewash white or a warmer scholars white to match your cabinets and worktop.

All our white splashbacks are held in standard sizes and dispatched from our West Lancashire workshop in 1 to 3 working days. Fixing adhesive can be added at checkout and no drilling is needed.

White glass splashbacks for a bright, clean kitchen

White is the colour people choose when they want the splashback to disappear and let the rest of the kitchen do the talking. A white glass splashback bounces light around the room, makes a small kitchen feel bigger and gives a crisp finish behind the hob that tiles and grout never quite manage.

We offer three whites because one does not suit every kitchen. Pure white is the brightest and sits best with modern handleless units. Limewash white is softer and slightly warmer, which suits painted shaker kitchens. Scholars white sits between the two. All three are painted onto the back of toughened safety glass, so the face is plain glass that wipes clean and never yellows.

Every white splashback is held in standard sizes and dispatched in 1 to 3 working days. Fixing adhesive can be added at checkout.

Keeping a white splashback looking new

Because the colour is behind the glass, tomato sauce, curry and red wine cannot stain it. A damp cloth and a glass cleaner is all it needs. Unlike white tiles, there is no grout to discolour, which is the main reason white glass has replaced white tile behind so many hobs.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which white should I choose?

Hold a sample against your cabinet doors. If your units are a bright modern white, pure white matches best. If they are a painted cream or off white, limewash white or scholars white will look right where pure white would look cold and blue by comparison.

Will a white glass splashback show grease marks?

Less than most colours. Grease sits on the glass surface rather than soaking in and shows less against white than it does against dark colours. It wipes off with a damp cloth.

Will white glass yellow over time?

No. The paint is cured onto the back of the glass and is not exposed to light or heat, so it stays the same white it was on day one.

Is a white splashback suitable behind a gas hob?

Yes. It is toughened safety glass, the same as every panel we make, and is suitable behind gas, electric and induction hobs.
