Shipping policy

All orders can be delivered using one of the following services:

Express delivery — 3–5 business days: £16.50
Standard delivery — 7–10 business days: £9.95

Additional delivery charges may apply to Northern Ireland, Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and offshore islands. If your order is being delivered to one of these areas, we will contact you with a delivery quote before dispatch.

We will contact you before your order is due for delivery where required. If a delivery has been arranged and no one is available to receive the order, we reserve the right to charge for redelivery.

Orders delivered by our own Rapid Splashbacks vehicles may not be packaged in the same way as courier deliveries. Our trained delivery team handles and protects the glass directly, helping us to reduce unnecessary packaging waste.

Delivery times are based on business days and do not include bank holidays or our Christmas closure period from 18 December to 4 January.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times will depend on the service selected at checkout.

Please note: all deliveries made using our own delivery service are curbside delivery only.
