Is a glass splashback better than tiles in a kitchen?

For most kitchens, yes. Glass has no grout lines where grease and mould build up, is significantly easier to clean, and creates a seamless modern finish. Tiles require ongoing grout maintenance and can look dated faster. Glass also reflects more light, which makes smaller kitchens feel brighter and more open.

Can I fit a glass splashback myself?

Yes. Every splashback ships with adhesive and can be fitted as a DIY project. Apply the adhesive to the back of the glass, press the panel firmly against a clean, dry, flat wall surface, and support it until the adhesive sets. No specialist tools are required, although having a second pair of hands helps with larger panels.

What size kitchen splashback do I need?

Do kitchen glass splashbacks stain?
