Bathroom Glass Splashbacks

Bathroom Glass Splashbacks

(18 products)

Glass splashbacks are ideal in a bathroom. With no grout lines there is nowhere for mould or limescale to build up, and a toughened glass panel behind a basin, bath or vanity unit wipes clean with a cloth. Choose a clear panel to let your wall colour show through, a solid colour to match your suite, or a marble or stone effect for a spa feel.

Every bathroom splashback is toughened safety glass, held in standard sizes and dispatched in 1 to 3 working days. Fixing adhesive can be added at checkout and no drilling is required.

Bathroom glass splashbacks for behind basins, baths and vanity units

Bathrooms are where grout suffers most. Constant moisture turns tile joints black and no amount of scrubbing keeps them white for long. A glass splashback behind a basin, bath or vanity unit replaces the grout with a single smooth panel that wipes clean and gives mould nowhere to grow.

This collection brings together the panels that suit a bathroom: clear glass to show a painted wall, white, grey, cream and soft colours to match a suite, and marble, stone and concrete effects for a spa feel. All are toughened safety glass with the colour or print sealed on the back, so steam and splashes never reach it.

Standard sizes suit most basin and vanity widths and are dispatched in 1 to 3 working days.

Fitting glass in a bathroom

Fix with the recommended neutral cure silicone, which is fully waterproof once cured. Seal the bottom edge where the glass meets the basin or bath with a bead of the same silicone to stop water tracking behind the panel. The clear panel with pre drilled holes can be screw fixed if you prefer.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is a glass splashback waterproof?

Yes. Glass is non porous and the recommended silicone adhesive is waterproof once cured. Seal the bottom edge against the basin or bath and no water gets behind the panel.

Can glass go behind a bath or in a shower?

Behind a bath or basin, yes. Inside a shower enclosure the panel would need to be sealed on every edge and is better treated as a wet room panel, so contact us before ordering for that use.

Which colours suit a bathroom?

White, soft greys and pale colours keep a small bathroom feeling bright. Marble and stone effects give a more luxurious look. Clear glass lets a painted feature wall show through.

Will steam get behind the glass and mark it?

No. The colour or print is sealed on the back of the glass and the panel is bonded to the wall with waterproof silicone, so steam cannot reach the backing.
